Cross made in 1971; selected in 1974; tested as Ark. 6224. <b>Fruit:</b> large, blunt conic; skin medium red, glossy, attractive; flesh very firm, good aroma and flavor; ripens late. Plant; vigorous, very productive; tolerant to leaf spot, leaf scorch, powdery mildew, five eastern races of red stele.
