Orig. in Grass Lake, Mich., on the farm of Mrs. Fred E. Taylor. Not introduced commercially but included because of value in breeding for earliness of fruit ripening. Wild seedling; discovered in 1931. <b>Fruit:</b> not large enough for a commercial variety; skin bright blue; picking scar small. Selection now obsolete.
