Deacon Jones × Delicious; cross made in 1911. <b>Fruit:</b> large; skin color attractive; sweet aromatic flavor of Delicious; home use for dessert and baking; season 10 days after Delicious; resembles Delicious in shape, but lipping of stem and dull grayish scarfskin over surface are like Deacon Jones. <b>Tree:</b> vigorous; dense; upright spreading; productive.
