Variety’s most valuable characteristics: immune to apple scab and apple rust; good resistance to mildew, fire blight, and European red mites. Very early maturity. Fruit is small, red stripes on greenish-yellow, attractive. Flavor sweet, insipid; texture crisp. Little russet; tree has much blind wood, light producer.
