Jonathan × Wagener; selected in 1935. <b>Fruit:</b> skin nearly solid red, attractive; core small; texture good; exceptional keeping quality; excellent dessert and cooking quality, mild; ripens in early October; resembles Wagener. <b>Tree:</b> strong, vigorous, upright; precocious and very productive; susceptible to fire blight, very susceptible to powdery mildew.
