Ralls Janet × Delicious; selected in 1957; tested as Tohoku 7. <b>Fruit:</b> resembles Delicious in color; similar to Ralls in flesh characteristics; mild and sweet flavor; very high sugar, low acid; liable to produce water core; keeping quality good compared to Ralls; ripens 10 Nov. in Japan. <b>Tree:</b> tall form, spreading growth, willowy; leaves susceptible to Alternaria spot (Alternaria mali), apple scab, and fire blight.
