McIntosh × Delicious; selected in 1936. <b>Fruit:</b> size above medium; resembles Delicious in shape; skin nearly covered with red, very attractive; combines flesh characteristics of each parent, flavor mild, dessert quality high; season late fall and early winter, extends McIntosh season 1 week, ripening in late September; suggested for roadside and local markets. Trees: susceptible to scab.
